Looking to become a security guard?

PSC believes our success is based on our security staff. The patrol staff are the people in the public eye representing our company. Because of this fact, we invest in our staff. State law requires 14 – 38 hours of training depending on the certification. The state requires ongoing yearly training (4 – 8 hours depending on the certification). PSC expects patrol staff to take a minimum of 16 hours of additional training a year on top of their state minimum requirement and site-specific training. Because of the nature of our work, patrol staff are expected to be drug-free (including marijuana). Patrol staff are subject to pre-employment and random drug tests. All required equipment and uniforms will be issued to the patrol staff. Some equipment requires certification to use. PSC will provide training if new hires can not provide documentation of certification.

PSC Patrol Staff may (in reality, will) have to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Patrol staff may have to work outdoors year-round.

PSC is an equal-opportunity employer.
